My story

Sport has been part of my daily life since I was a child, especially swimming, which I practiced for 12 years sometimes up to 5 times a week. I have often been injured, especially in my shoulders. The answers from allopathic medicine as to the cause of my injuries, frequency of training, quality of movement and general life hygiene did not help me heal my injuries. It was in search of better treatment that I became interested in Osteopathy, and during my years of study and practice I decided to make it not only my profession but also my passion.

Studying the subject of Obstructive Sleep Apnea, I wanted to observe the impact of Osteopathy in a chronic pathology, which has important repercussions not only in the physical but also in the psychological.

Why Mexico City? I lived the first 6 years of my life in Mexico, coming back to this country is a return to my roots and a new beginning for my professional life.

When I arrived in Mexico City, I had the opportunity to work in a center dedicated to pregnant women and babies. I was able to treat the mother during the last two trimesters of her pregnancy, and I also treated the baby directly a few days after birth. This allowed me to build a relationship of trust between osteopathy and new parents, which is still rare in Mexico.

In 2018 I obtained a diploma in Interrelation between the Structural, Organic and Metabolic at the Europromosteo training center.

This training allows me to improve my daily practice, strengthen my therapeutic efficacy and better advise my patients on their lifestyle and nutrition.
